At Lush, therapists are supported with an average of 5 hours of body massage treatments per day, allowing you to perform at your best. Additional benefits include in-house learning and development opportunities, generous staff discounts, complimentary products, team bonus schemes, pension, birthday day off, holiday allowance, parental leave, financial childcare support, cycle to work scheme, employee assistance programme, wellbeing initiatives, and flexible shift patterns.
