About the Role
Are you passionate about creating spaces that people don’t just navigate, but genuinely experience? Join Tomorrow, a global creative studio where art, design, and culture come together to transform places and create meaningful experiences. As a Senior Wayfinding Designer, you will lead projects from discovery and strategy through to concept, detailed design, and implementation. You will work across wayfinding design, environmental graphic design, and spatial experiences, collaborating closely with creatives, architects, clients, consultants, and fabrication partners. Your work will shape everything from sign families, information hierarchies, and mapping to environmental graphics, directories, and navigation systems.
Your impact will be to make complex spaces clearer, more intuitive, and more engaging, while integrating brand, culture, and storytelling into the built environment. You will have real ownership across the creative process, with the freedom to explore your ideas and work alongside a multidisciplinary team, gaining exposure to projects from strategy through to delivery.
Additional benefits include half a day each month dedicated to creative pursuits with a £15 monthly allowance, a company MacBook, enhanced maternity and paternity leave, healthcare and employee assistance support, Cycle to Work and Electric Vehicle salary sacrifice schemes, and regular team lunches and social events. Tomorrow is committed to diversity, inclusion, and equality, fostering an inclusive culture where everyone is empowered to be their authentic selves at work.
Experience
Proven portfolio demonstrating strong skills in wayfinding design, environmental graphic design, or information design, with experience managing projects from concept through to implementation. Experience collaborating with architects, fabricators, and multidisciplinary teams is highly valued.
About you
You possess strong typography, layout, visual communication, and information hierarchy skills, combined with an understanding of spatial thinking, accessibility, materials, and the built environment. You are confident using Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop, and comfortable reading architectural plans and presenting ideas to clients and stakeholders. Experience with CAD, SketchUp, digital wayfinding tools, or working directly with architects and fabricators is a bonus.
Qualifications
Relevant design qualifications or equivalent professional experience are expected. A passion for creating meaningful spatial experiences and a collaborative mindset are essential.
