About the Role
EcoVadis is seeking a talented Service Designer to join our team in London. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and improving customer experiences by creating innovative service solutions that align with our company’s sustainability mission. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to map user journeys, identify pain points, and develop user-centered service strategies that drive engagement and satisfaction. Experience
Proven experience in service design, user experience, or related fields is preferred. Experience working in cross-functional teams and applying design thinking methodologies is highly valued.

You thrive in collaborative environments and are motivated by making a positive impact through your work. A keen interest in sustainability and corporate social responsibility is a plus.

Qualifications
A degree or equivalent experience in design, human-computer interaction, business, or a related discipline is desirable but not mandatory. A portfolio demonstrating your service design work will be advantageous.
