About the Role
The London Borough of Havering is seeking a skilled IT Service Desk Analyst to provide first and second line technical support. You will ensure that reported issues and work requests are resolved efficiently and within agreed service level agreements. This role requires a tech-savvy problem solver who thrives on helping people and mastering cutting-edge technology. You will support IT technologies including Windows 10/11 and the Microsoft 365 suite, and work with tools such as Azure Active Directory, Exchange Online, InTune, SCCM, Microsoft AOVPN, and Teams. Your responsibilities will include troubleshooting and resolving complex hardware, software, and network issues, managing and prioritising a wide range of end user requests, and proactively following up with users to confirm satisfaction with IT services. Attention to detail and compliance with security policies and procedures are essential.

Requirements

Experience
Proven experience providing first and second line IT support, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues. Familiarity with Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365 suite, Azure Active Directory, Exchange Online, InTune, SCCM, Microsoft AOVPN, and Teams is essential.
