Salary
Basic salary of £29,825 per annum. Expected OTE: £31,825 per annum, with bonus and commission schemes available.

About the Role
Join Rentokil Initial as a Service Team Leader at our Woodford branch and make a difference by leading and supporting the branch’s operations and driving team. You will be responsible for planning and organising routes for drivers, managing the fleet of vehicles, handling customer complaints and queries, and identifying ways to improve service quality and efficiency. You will also provide support and development for colleagues, maintain relevant documentation including vehicle information, and occasionally cover driving routes when required. This role offers industry-leading training through our sales academy and the opportunity to develop your leadership skills in a dynamic environment.

Experience
Demonstrated leadership skills in a working environment. Experience managing within a service delivery environment is advantageous but training will be provided.

About you
Full UK driving licence held for more than two years with no more than six penalty points. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to changes. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Flexibility with working patterns to support business needs. Ability to use own initiative and maintain a positive ‘can do’ attitude. Pride in the job you do. You may be required to pass a DBS check depending on the role.

No specific qualifications required; however, a full UK driving licence is essential.
