Salary
Starting salary of £26,655 per annum plus £2,000 shift allowance, £2,000 London weighting, bonuses and commission (OTE up to £38,000). Benefits include a company vehicle, fuel card, mobile phone, uniform, company discounts, and up to £5,000 relocation support if moving over 2 hours away.

About the Role
Kickstart your career in hygiene management with Rentokil Specialist Hygiene UK. This Graduate Management Programme offers a hands-on role with real career progression and comprehensive, industry-leading training. You will begin as a Specialist Hygiene Technician covering a defined geographical area with a 6-12 month training plan. Your responsibilities will include delivering essential hygiene services to a variety of clients, responding to emergency hygiene needs, participating in an on-call rota, and providing expert advice and professional service. Gain hands-on experience in biohazard cleaning, flood clean-up, infection control, and more while working towards Level 1 and Level 2 hygiene qualifications plus BESCA certification in Air or Grease Hygiene. After your initial training period, you will have the opportunity to progress into Supervisory or Sales roles based on your performance and availability of positions. Experience
No prior experience required as full training is provided. A strong work ethic and customer service skills are essential.

Qualifications
Minimum 2:2 degree in BSc or BA in Management, Hospitality, Logistics, Environmental Health, or related field.
