Hours
Full-time, permanent role, Monday to Friday (40 hours per week), with potential for up to 48 hours in the future with an increased salary.

Salary
Basic salary of £31,154 per annum
Expected OTE: £33,200 per annum, with bonus and commission schemes available.

About the Role
As a Service Team Leader, you will support the branch's operations and organise the Service Driving team. Your key responsibilities will include planning and organising routes for drivers, managing the fleet of vehicles, overseeing a number of drivers within the branch, handling customer complaints and queries, identifying ways to improve the quality and efficiency of customer service, providing support and development for colleagues, and keeping relevant documentation up to date including vehicle information. On occasions, you may be required to cover driving routes. You will receive industry-leading training to support our customers’ needs and help you succeed in this role.

Experience
Demonstrated leadership skills in a working environment.
Experience in managing within a service delivery environment is advantageous but training will be provided.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to changes.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.

About you
Full UK driving licence held for more than two years, with no more than six penalty points.
Flexibility with working patterns to support business needs.
Ability to use own initiative and maintain a positive ‘can do’ attitude.

You may be required to pass a DBS check depending on the role applied for.

No specific qualifications required, but a full UK driving licence is essential.
