£30,000 per annum

About the Role
The Site Coordinator role is responsible for ensuring accuracy and processing of data across multiple systems. This key position supports the successful achievement of growth within Ingeus by maintaining accurate data reporting to inform decision making. You will be based at a Vauxhall Assessment Centre working on a hybrid basis.

Key responsibilities include making courtesy calls to claimants while ensuring GDPR compliance, facilitating special claimant requests such as translators, maintaining the daily PRS diary and managing the arrivals board to ensure slots are accurately uploaded weekly. You will work closely with the Senior Site Coordinator to shape PRS diaries and upload required slots, support the local Assessment Centre as needed, and deputise for the Senior Site Coordinator during periods of leave. Training will be provided on current requirements.

Requirements

Experience
Experience within a similar role is desirable but not essential.

About you
- IT literate with competency in Word and Excel
- Fluent English communication skills, able to interact clearly and professionally via telephone, email, and face to face
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload and multitask effectively both independently and within a team
- Ability to work unsupervised and use initiative
- Flexible and adaptable attitude, willing to undertake ad hoc duties such as supporting other teams or covering Senior Site Coordinator duties

Qualifications
You will be required to successfully gain BPSS security clearance to undertake this position.
