About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and reliable Site Manager to join Stonecroft Nursery. Reporting to the Nursery Coordinator, you will take day-to-day responsibility for the security, safety, maintenance and presentation of the nursery site. This is a varied, hands-on role where you will ensure the premises provide a safe, secure and welcoming environment for children, staff, parents and visitors. Responsibilities include managing site security, acting as a keyholder, undertaking minor repairs and maintenance, monitoring heating, lighting and ventilation systems, carrying out health and safety checks, coordinating contractors, and ensuring the grounds and outdoor areas are maintained to a high standard.

About the Team

As Site Manager, you will work closely with the Nursery Coordinator and wider nursery team to ensure the environment supports children’s learning, development and wellbeing. You will liaise with colleagues, contractors and external agencies including landlords, emergency services and health and safety professionals, playing a vital role in keeping the nursery operating safely and efficiently every day.
