About the Role
Do you have experience of working with people with a learning disability? Are you passionate about working for an organisation that drives change? We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate and self-motivated Skills Coach to join our Supported Internship programme team in Kingston. We are recruiting for 3 permanent full-time roles. As a Skills Coach, you will play a central role in delivering our Supported Internship programme by supporting learners with special educational needs (SEN) to complete all elements of the programme through tailored support. You will be accountable for learner progression in the workplace and achieving positive outcomes. Your support will include 1-1 job coaching, helping learners develop employability skills, and embedding English and Maths learning in the workplace. The aim is to equip people with the skills they need to achieve sustained paid employment.

Experience
- Experience of supporting people, preferably with learning disabilities
- Experience of delivering against targets
- Knowledge of safe working practices
- Knowledge of the sector

Qualifications
