As a Skills Trainer, you’ll be responsible for designing, delivering and supporting high-quality training that enables apprentices to succeed and progress in their careers. With a strong focus on learner experience, engagement and achievement, you’ll help improve attendance, retention and outcomes, ensuring every learner has the support they need to thrive. Your role covers teaching, coaching, assessment and curriculum development, alongside working closely with colleagues and stakeholders to ensure outstanding standards of learning and compliance. If you’re driven by making a real difference to people’s careers and communities, we’d love to hear from you.
