As a Social Academic Mentor, you will provide targeted intervention and support within the key stage, contributing to the raising standards agenda. You will encourage and enable students to become independent and resilient learners through one-to-one and small group coaching focused on academic skills, wellbeing, self-management, and emotional literacy.
Our mission is to ensure all students achieve excellent outcomes by delivering high-quality teaching and learning in collaboration with universities, public bodies, and private sector partners. We foster a creative, innovative, and challenging learning environment that empowers students to become responsible and successful citizens ready to make a positive impact in their communities.
At RGTS, staff wellbeing is central to our working environment without compromising teaching quality.
