About the Role
Join Mind as a Social Challenges Officer and contribute to making a meaningful difference in people’s lives. This role involves working within a hybrid model, combining remote and on-site work at our Stratford, London location. You will be part of a dedicated team focused on addressing social challenges and supporting community wellbeing through innovative projects and initiatives. This position offers the opportunity to engage with diverse stakeholders and help shape impactful social programs aligned with Mind’s mission.

Experience
Relevant experience in social work, community engagement, or related fields is desirable. Experience working within mental health or social care sectors is an advantage.

About you
You are passionate about social justice and mental health, with strong communication and interpersonal skills. You are proactive, empathetic, and able to work both independently and collaboratively within a hybrid working environment.

Qualifications
A relevant qualification in social sciences, community development, mental health, or a related discipline is preferred but not essential. A commitment to ongoing professional development is important.
