£58,710 per annum (includes a Recruitment and Retention supplement of 25%)

About the Role
We are seeking Social Workers for our Intervention & Planning team who are reflective, proactive, resilient and committed to delivering purposeful social work that makes a positive difference to families and communities. Whether you are newly qualified or an experienced practitioner, you will receive the support and time needed to develop your practice in a child-centred environment. We provide excellent training opportunities, meaningful individual and group supervision, and a workforce development approach called Learning in Context, which focuses on accessible, timely, tailored learning through workshops, coaching, mentoring and peer supervision.

Requirements

Experience
Proven experience demonstrating positive impact on families and children, with the ability to influence professional networks and deliver high quality interventions.

About you
- In-depth knowledge and understanding of the legislative framework and policies relating to safeguarding children
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, particularly in writing assessments and plans for young people
- Innovative and positive engagement with children and families in assessments and planning
- Passionate about delivering high quality services in partnership with multiple agencies

Qualifications
