Full Time - 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday 9am-5pm or as the service requires. Hybrid working supported with a minimum of 3 days per week office-based and up to 2 days per week home working.
Salary
£44,937 rising in annual increments to £51,228 per annum inclusive of London Weighting
About the Role
We are recruiting a Social Worker to join our Psychiatric Hospital Discharge Team (CLaSS), a small multidisciplinary team supporting clients through hospital discharge. As a Social Worker, you will deliver a quality, responsive, safe, and person-centred service to support and promote the well-being of Lambeth residents. Safeguarding Adults is a key focus, and all staff are expected to be committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of vulnerable people. The role requires strong organisational and communication skills and familiarity with current legislation and policies.
Lambeth’s Adult Social Care Mental Health Service is part of the Living Well Network Alliance (LWNA), an integrated model of mental health service delivery with partners including South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust, Certitude, Thames Reach, and South London ICB. We are seeking experienced Social Workers committed to Mental Health and working towards achieving Approved Mental Health Professional (AMHP) qualification. Professional development opportunities will be provided to support your career progression within Mental Health Adult Social Care Services.

Experience
Experience working as a Social Worker, preferably within Mental Health Adult Social Care Services. Commitment to safeguarding vulnerable adults and knowledge of relevant legislation and policies is essential.

Qualifications
