About the Role

As a senior driving force within the team, you will apply excellent analytical, operational and critical thinking skills to meet a range of daily challenges including year-round electoral registration, the conduct of elections and referenda, and continuous service improvement.

You will play a key role in delivering the annual electoral canvass for approximately 155,000 residential properties, the renewal exercise for 3,000 British overseas voters, and preparations for the Representation of People Bill including votes at 16 and changes to candidate rules at elections. You will also contribute to the completion of the integrated electoral data project, build on outreach and engagement successes to encourage greater democratic participation, and assist in planning for the 2028 Mayor of London and London Assembly elections.

This role requires flexibility, particularly during election periods when significant evening and weekend working is necessary. The post is politically restricted.
