About the Role
We are seeking an experienced, qualified social worker to join our enthusiastic and dedicated Permanency, Assessment & Support Team on a fixed term basis until July 2025. The team undertakes Viability Assessments, Special Guardianship/Kinship Assessments, and Support Plans to court. The role includes ongoing support of special guardians and kinship carers both pre and post final order, as well as assessment and support of prospective kinship foster carers presented to the permanency panel. This is an exciting time for Kinship Care locally and nationally.
