About the Role
London Borough of Harrow is seeking a qualified Social Worker to deliver a high-quality and effective social work service. You will respond to the needs of people with care and support requirements, their informal carers, and families in a timely manner and within statutory guidelines. All assessments and support plans will be completed in line with the wellbeing principles of the Care Act 2014, reflecting a strengths-based approach.

Experience
- Experience working with children and families within statutory duties and responsibilities
- Knowledge of relevant legislation, regulations, standards, government objectives, initiatives, and the National and Common Assessment Framework

Qualifications
- Social Work Qualification (CQSW, DipSW or equivalent)
- Registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) as a Social Worker
- Able to pass a clear enhanced DBS check
