About the Role
At AND Digital, we accelerate the development of digital capabilities by helping ambitious leaders and organisations build the teams, products, processes, and operational structures needed to close the digital skills gap and thrive in the future. As a Solution Architect Lead, you will provide expert solution architecture support to our clients, helping them deliver their digital objectives.

You will analyse and translate business, information, and technical requirements into architectural blueprints that outline solutions to achieve business goals. Working closely with clients, enterprise architecture, application, and infrastructure teams, you will design optimal technology solutions, identify dependencies with other systems, and lead the target design, policies, and standards to maintain a stable and consistent architecture across projects.

You will also provide hands-on support alongside development teams for complex solutions and code migrations, while coaching and developing AND Digital Product Developers across squads. This role requires a pragmatic, purpose-driven approach and a belief that technology alone does not transform businesses—people do.

Experience
- Broad understanding of IT architecture layers including enterprise, data, application, and solution architecture for enterprise-level platforms
- Proven track record delivering end-to-end solution architecture for large, complex multi-channel digital projects
- Experience with cloud technologies such as AWS and Azure, SaaS and IaaS, cloud infrastructure, and multiple programming languages
- Familiarity with best practice processes and frameworks such as TOGAF and architectural patterns/models
- Experience in consulting roles with confidence in presenting and building relationships across all seniority levels, from clients to development teams

About You
- Strong knowledge of open source technologies in full-stack environments, including code management, testing, and deployment tools
- Experience working in professional services, delivering solution architecture for leading corporate clients
- Commercial awareness of software implementation, including system costs, ownership, and impact of new technologies within established organisations
- Good understanding of Agile/Scrum delivery processes
- Insight into IT organisations, functions, roles, and activities
- Pragmatic, resilient, and able to thrive in a fast-growing, autonomous environment that values diversity and wellbeing

Qualifications
