Job Description
Assist the Head Chef in the kitchen operation of our 7-day per week A la Carte restaurant in a concert hall in the West End and ensure the company’s reputation for food quality is maintained at all times. You will assist in the preparation and cooking of menu items as directed by the Head Chef, contribute to the development and planning of menus, support the Head Chef with stock taking and admin as required, and carry out the smooth and efficient running of your section as appropriate.

Experience
Proven experience working as a Sous Chef or in a similar role.

Knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines, strong understanding of food safety and sanitation practices, ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, excellent attention to detail and organisational skills, strong communication and teamwork abilities, and works according to the BaxterStorey core values.
