About the Role
Pizza Pilgrims is expanding to Wimbledon and looking for a talented Second Pizza Chef to join the opening team. If you love authentic Neapolitan pizza, enjoy leading a kitchen team, and take pride in creating happiness through food, this role is for you. As a Sous Chef, you will specialise in crafting the best Neapolitan pizzas, ensuring every guest leaves satisfied and eager to return. You will be responsible for team leadership, health and safety compliance, stock management, successful pizza launches, kitchen maintenance, and food quality auditing.

Pizza Pilgrims was founded in 2012 by Thom and James, who travelled from Sicily to London to learn the secrets of perfect Italian pizza. Since then, the company has grown to over 20 award-winning pizzerias across the UK, with its own Pizza Academy offering daily training workshops. Experience
Proven experience in a kitchen environment, ideally with Neapolitan pizza or similar culinary expertise. Leadership experience is highly desirable.
