This role will require travel to domestic and international hotels ahead of the Women’s First Team train and travel to ensure the hotel set up is of the highest standard for the players, including food and restaurant set up. You will work closely with Tottenham’s nutritionists to ensure food production, standards, costs, and menu planning are carried out in a timely fashion, as agreed with the Executive Head Chef. You will plan, prepare, cook, and present food to the 5* standards set at the Tottenham training centre, The Lodge, in hotels and other food areas for our client’s business. Additionally, you will ensure that the Away team hotel is of the best possible environment for when the team arrives and maintain high quality standards for all dishes, ensuring presentation and taste are considered at all times.

Experience
Proven experience working as a Sous Chef or similar role.

Knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines. Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation practices. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
