About the Role
This full-time Specialist Community Public Health Nurse Student course involves 52 weeks of study, with 45 weeks spent in education and clinical practice within Oxleas NHS Foundation Trust and Young Greenwich School Nursing. You will be based at one of the youth hubs, supported by a nominated Practice Supervisor and overseen by a Practice Assessor throughout your placement and study. Young Greenwich is an integrated programme commissioned by the Royal Borough of Greenwich, designed to support young people holistically by facilitating their personal, social, and educational aspirations. The programme aims to develop young people's voices and help them reach their full potential. Led by Oxleas NHS Foundation Trust and delivered in partnership with Charlton Athletic Community Trust (CACT), the Young Greenwich Partnership operates seamlessly across schools, youth hubs, and community venues, providing strong pathways for school-age pupils into community-based activities and support.

Experience
Relevant experience in community or school nursing settings is beneficial but not mandatory as comprehensive training and supervision are provided throughout the programme.
