About the Role
Ingeus is seeking a Specialist Supply Chain Lead to manage spot purchase suppliers delivering services to participants on the Restart Scheme in Central and West London. You will ensure partners meet performance and contract expectations while providing a high-quality service. This role involves account management of partners, monitoring contracts, managing compliance and due diligence processes, and financial reconciliation of invoices. You will act as the first line of support for partners, handling queries, managing communications, and facilitating understanding of service offerings to internal teams.

Key responsibilities include providing operational support to Spot Purchase Supply Chain Partners, delivering expert advice on operational processes, and being the main point of contact for contractual matters. You will support the Integration and wider Operations teams to achieve divisional objectives and implement improvement plans. Ensuring providers comply with compliance expectations and information security standards by liaising with Compliance, Audit, and Information Security teams is essential. You will also ensure services are delivered in line with contractual requirements, quality standards, and value-for-money principles.

Building and maintaining strong relationships with a diverse range of specialist providers, managing partner financial reconciliation and invoice control alongside corporate teams, collaborating with internal teams to integrate spot purchase services, and focusing on continuous improvement of processes and operating practices are core to this role.

Ingeus is purpose-led and passionate about working with customers and communities to drive social change. Our culture is built on dignity, confidence, and recognition of individual contributions.
