About the Role
We are seeking to recruit a Grade 3 Early Years Foundation Stage Teaching Assistant to join our successful team of school support staff. This fixed term contract runs until 31 August 2027. The successful candidate will provide classroom support to SEND children within EYFS, delivering a personalised curriculum and supporting SEND children during after school club provision. You will be an integral part of our Early Years team, providing a high standard of support and planning, delivering and monitoring work to meet the needs of the pupils. The role requires flexibility and dedication, with a focus on supporting children with special educational needs and disabilities.

Experience
Experience working within Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) is essential. Previous experience supporting children with SEND is highly desirable.

You will be a flexible and dedicated professional, able to work effectively as part of a team. You should be committed to providing high quality support to children with SEND and able to plan and deliver personalised learning activities. A positive attitude and the ability to adapt to the needs of the pupils are important.

Qualifications
Relevant qualifications or experience in Early Years education or SEND support are preferred but not mandatory. A willingness to undertake further training and development is expected.
