About the Role
As a Store Manager Designate at Toolstation, you will gain valuable multi-site management experience by working across different stores within the South London region. This hands-on role involves not only managing the branch but also serving customers, checking deliveries, picking items from the warehouse, and stocking shelves. You will lead and motivate your team to deliver outstanding customer service and sales results, creating a positive and engaging working environment.

This is a development opportunity where you can build critical management skills and potentially embark on a Level 5 apprenticeship or management development courses to further refine your leadership abilities. You will be a true team player, flexible to move to locations where support is needed most, and committed to maintaining high branch standards and product availability.
