About the Role
Join our team at Sainsbury's as a Strategic Partnership Executive and be part of the Financial Services Business division where you will play a crucial role in supporting and growing strategic partnerships for Sainsbury’s Group branded products. With a focus on revenue growth, market share, and innovation, you will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including several blue chip and best in class Financial Services providers, to drive success.
You will be accountable for supporting and growing white-labelled product strategic partnerships, maintaining strong relationships internally and externally, and working closely with Financial Services partners to deliver joint goals and KPIs. Your role includes providing regular reporting and insights on partner performance, planning management aligned with division objectives, driving partnership agreements and plans, developing new partnership opportunities, and contributing to the team’s overall effectiveness.
Your strong commercial acumen, contract management skills, and exceptional stakeholder management abilities will be essential in navigating a fast-paced, results-oriented environment and delivering on challenging targets to drive the overall performance success of the function.

Experience
- Proven experience working within Financial Services, including exposure to white-labelled partnership models
- Demonstrable ownership and management of commercial performance, including accountability for profit and loss (P&L) outcomes and delivery against defined financial targets
- Experience managing commercial contracts, including negotiation, implementation and ongoing performance oversight
- Evidence of building and maintaining effective stakeholder relationships, including clear written and verbal communication with cross-functional and senior stakeholders
- Track record of delivering agreed objectives in complex or ambiguous environments, including adapting plans and resolving issues to achieve outcomes

You are a seasoned professional with a strong background in financial services, particularly in managing white-labelled partnerships and driving revenue growth. Your exceptional commercial acumen, stakeholder management skills, and experience in contract management enable you to maintain and develop strong partner relationships. You have a strategic mindset, the ability to navigate complexity, and a commitment to delivering challenging targets, making you a valuable asset in supporting the growth and innovation of strategic partnerships.
