The King's Trust is seeking a Strategic Programme Lead to drive and oversee key initiatives that align with our mission and vision. This leadership role involves managing complex programmes, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful delivery of strategic objectives. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the future direction of our projects and making a significant impact within the organisation and the communities we serve.

Experience
Proven experience in strategic programme management, ideally within the charitable or public sector. Demonstrated ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams and manage large-scale projects from inception to completion.

About you
Strong leadership and communication skills, with a strategic mindset and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. Highly organised, proactive, and able to work effectively under pressure to meet deadlines.

Qualifications
A relevant degree or professional qualification in project or programme management is desirable. Additional certifications such as PRINCE2, MSP, or equivalent will be an advantage.
