About the Role
Teesside University London is growing rapidly in its third year of operation, providing a supportive and future-focused environment for students from diverse backgrounds. We are seeking an exceptional Student and Operations Assistant to join our established Student Support team. This frontline role is essential in delivering a positive and comprehensive experience for students and staff across the TU London campus.
You will work as part of a small, flexible team providing a proactive first line enquiry service, resolving queries and signposting appropriately. Your day-to-day duties will include delivering a range of operational and administrative services across student support, campus operations, event coordination, UKVI compliance, and partnership & communications.
Additionally, you will play a key role in engaging students in extra-curricular activities by exploring opportunities and encouraging participation to foster a vibrant student community.
Based at Here East, the campus offers a dynamic environment with locally owned food and coffee outlets, a spa, barbers, retro video-game bar, gym, and excellent transport links including a free shuttle bus from Stratford International or Stratford City Station.
Experience
Experience in administrative work with strong attention to detail is essential. Experience of higher education either as a graduate or transferable skills from a similar sector is required.
