Hours
30 or 37.5 hour contracts available with a fully flexible schedule. Shifts include weekends, bank holidays, and may involve sleep-ins. Typical shifts include 7:00-14:00 and 14:00-22:00. You must be willing to travel up to around one hour from your home to different locations.

£13.78 per hour
About the Role
As a Floating Support Worker with Dimensions, you will support adults with learning disabilities and autism across multiple locations, helping them live independently and achieve positive outcomes in their daily lives. You will step in where most needed, working across different homes depending on operational needs. Your responsibilities may include building positive, trusting relationships; supporting people with activities they enjoy at home and in the community; helping develop independence and daily living skills; assisting with meal preparation, personal care, and medication; and helping people manage and maintain their homes. You will be guided by each person's support plan to help them live the life they choose. Mileage reimbursement or Oyster card benefits are provided.
Training & Development
No previous experience is required as full paid training is provided, including manual handling and hoist use, epilepsy awareness, medication administration, mandatory and specialist training. Opportunities to gain diplomas and continued professional development are available. Training will also cover supporting people who do not use words to communicate and those who use wheelchairs.
