About the Role
Ekaya Housing Association is seeking a housing professional with a strong focus on customer service and satisfaction. You will be part of the housing management team, reporting to the Housing and Partnership Manager, working closely with residents and internal departments. This role requires you to embody Ekaya’s values and ensure the voice of the customer is heard. You will be responsible for maintaining top-quartile performance and driving the service forward with a positive attitude, competence, and customer focus.

We are looking for an experienced Supported Housing Officer with knowledge of Temporary Accommodation and the ability to manage Special Projects. A proactive, hands-on approach and the ability to develop strong relationships with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders are essential.

Experience
Proven experience as a Supported Housing Officer with knowledge of Temporary Accommodation and managing Special Projects. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
