Up to £35,000 per year dependant on experience plus bonus and other Veolia benefits

About the Role
The Systems Analyst is responsible for ensuring the reliability, data integrity, and evolution of our core operational systems. You will bridge the gap between technical teams and operational users by handling Tier 2/3 incidents, executing data integration workflows via APIs, driving user adoption, and partnering with Product and Release Managers to continuously improve system capabilities. This role plays a key part in incident management, data operations, quality assurance, and delivering insights to support continuous improvement and user engagement across the business.

Experience
Knowledge of Operational Systems
Working knowledge of SQL, Databricks, or other database query languages
API experience is an advantage
ITIL Foundation in Service Management would be beneficial

Qualifications
ITIL Foundation certification is advantageous but not mandatory
