About the Role
Flatpay is one of Europe's fastest-growing fintech companies and has recently launched in the UK. As the business continues to scale its UK field sales and customer support teams, we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Administrator to support a high-volume recruitment process across multiple regions and roles.
This is a hands-on, high-throughput role where you will help keep the recruitment pipeline moving efficiently and professionally. You will be responsible for posting vacancies, screening applications, conducting first-stage phone calls, scheduling interviews, maintaining accurate ATS records, and supporting candidates throughout the recruitment process.
You will typically work across 20–30 live vacancies at any one time and speak to dozens of candidates each week. This role is an ideal entry point into recruitment for someone with up to one year of experience in Talent Acquisition, HR, or a high-volume customer-facing or operational role. Structured training and a clear development path will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Post roles across job boards and LinkedIn, manage inbound applications, and screen CVs against agreed criteria.
- Manage high-volume applications, with popular roles potentially attracting 500+ applications.
- Conduct first-stage phone screens using structured scripts to assess candidates against role criteria.
- Complete typically 50+ candidate screening calls per week and make clear, consistent pass/fail decisions.
- Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job board databases, and referral channels.
- Build candidate pipelines for evergreen regional sales roles.
- Schedule interviews and assessment days across multiple stakeholders.
- Manage candidate diaries and resolve scheduling conflicts.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in Teamtailor, including stages, notes, rejection reasons, and source data.
- Deliver a strong candidate experience through timely responses and clear communication.
- Prepare offer documentation and ensure a smooth handover to People Operations for pre-employment checks and onboarding.
Experience
- Up to one year's experience in recruitment, HR, or a high-volume operational or customer-facing role.
- Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Exposure to high-volume recruitment or candidate-facing processes is advantageous.
About You
You are confident, warm, and comfortable speaking with candidates over the phone. You can ask the right questions, assess candidates efficiently, and make clear and consistent decisions.
You are highly organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities without losing track. You are process-minded and understand the importance of consistency and accuracy throughout recruitment.
You are resilient and pragmatic, comfortable handling a high volume of applications and candidate conversations. You are curious about people, comfortable with ambiguity, and willing to identify and flag processes that are not working effectively.

Background & Requirements
- Up to one year's experience in recruitment, HR, or a high-volume customer-facing role.
- Fluent in English.
- Right to work in the UK.
