About the Role
At Dementia UK, building talented and passionate teams is crucial to achieving our mission. As Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible for all aspects of recruitment, driving a proactive and inclusive service that supports the charity’s continued growth. You’ll lead the ongoing development of our talent acquisition function, ensuring a seamless end-to-end recruitment process for candidates and hiring managers, from initial engagement through to onboarding. Your role will be pivotal in curating and communicating our employer brand, developing engaging recruitment materials and working with our advertising agency on innovative approaches to attract talented people to apply to join us. Working in close collaboration with the wider People Team, you'll develop strategies to promote Dementia UK as an employer of choice and to ensure our recruitment processes evolve with the latest market practices. You will champion inclusive hiring practices and lead initiatives which promote diversity and equity.
Experience
Experience of managing a talent acquisition service, including the optimisation of applicant tracking systems.
About you
Strong knowledge of inclusive hiring best practice and an understanding of UK employment legislation. Ability to deal with a busy workload and conflicting priorities in a calm and structured way, with excellent planning skills and IT literacy.

No specific qualifications required, but relevant experience in talent acquisition is essential.
