About the Role
At Zego, we’re transforming insurance by leveraging AI to create a fast, efficient, and quality-driven hiring process. As a Talent Acquisition Manager, your mission is to help Zego grow rapidly by attracting exceptional talent to power scalable growth. This role is not about hiring at all costs, but about hiring quality at pace. You will use AI tools such as Claude, Granola, Juicebox, LinkedIn, and others to accelerate the recruitment process and ensure the best candidates are identified and engaged quickly.

You will partner closely with function leaders to assess hiring needs, lead the search, and recommend a quality and inclusive shortlist of candidates. You will own the full recruitment cycle including job qualification, proactive sourcing (direct approaches via LinkedIn and emails, networking, referrals), interviewing, selection, and closing key talent. Delivering a world-class experience for candidates and hiring managers is essential, as is monitoring and reporting key recruitment metrics.

Experience
Proven experience recruiting across Engineering and Product roles.
Previous experience recruiting in fast-paced start-up or scale-up environments.
Demonstrable skills in proactively building talent pipelines beyond organic applications.
