About the Role
Field Energy is seeking a motivated and skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist for a 12 month fixed-term contract. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, attracting top talent, and supporting the company’s growth objectives. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and deliver effective recruitment strategies. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a dynamic team within a fast-growing energy sector company.

Experience
Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably within a fast-paced environment. Experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes and working with hiring managers to meet hiring goals.

Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels. A collaborative team player with a passion for finding and attracting top talent.

Qualifications
A relevant degree or professional qualification in Human Resources, Recruitment, or a related field is desirable but not essential. Demonstrable knowledge of recruitment best practices and employment legislation is advantageous.
