About the Role
Field Energy is seeking a motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist for a 12 month fixed-term contract. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, partnering closely with hiring managers to attract and secure top talent. You will play a key role in building strong candidate pipelines and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a dynamic company and develop your recruitment expertise within the energy sector.

Experience
Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably within a fast-paced environment. Experience managing full-cycle recruitment and working with hiring managers to define hiring needs.

About you
Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels. A collaborative team player with a passion for finding and attracting great talent.

Qualifications
A relevant degree or professional recruitment qualification is desirable but not essential. Demonstrable knowledge of recruitment best practices and applicant tracking systems is advantageous.
