About the Role
Campaign Against Living Miserably (CALM) is seeking a Talent Lead on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This pivotal role will drive the development and implementation of talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain exceptional individuals who align with CALM’s mission to prevent male suicide. You will lead the end-to-end recruitment process, collaborate with hiring managers, and enhance employer branding to ensure CALM continues to build a passionate and high-performing team. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact within a purpose-driven organisation.

Experience
- Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, ideally within the charity or not-for-profit sector.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and employment legislation.
- Experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes and working with hiring managers.
