About the Role
Kingswood Academy Teaching Assistants are vital members of our team. You'll work side by side with teachers to help every student access learning, develop independence and grow in confidence. Your work will make a genuine difference, supporting young people to achieve their potential and flourish in all aspects of school life. You'll get to know your students' individual needs, helping them master lesson content and develop skills to learn independently. You'll deliver small-group or one-to-one support, promote positive behaviours and help create a safe, stimulating learning environment. You'll work with teachers, SENDCO, pastoral staff and families to ensure every student receives the support they need to succeed.

Qualifications
Level 2 functional skills Maths and English or GCSE grade C/4 and above.
Trained in or willing to complete Teaching Assistant training (level 3).
