About the Role
Are you passionate about working with young people and looking for a fulfilling career? We are seeking a warm and dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our supportive team at Lift Newington in Hull. In this role, you will work closely with teachers to support high-quality teaching and learning, helping students build confidence, independence, and a sense of achievement. You will provide tailored support to individual pupils and small groups, contributing to a calm, purposeful learning environment where every young person feels safe, seen, and supported. This role will predominantly be based in KS1, with some flexibility required to work across all levels of the school.

Experience
Motivation and enthusiasm to support children within school.
Understanding of pupils' learning needs to support their access to lesson content.
Ability to help students develop independent learning skills.

Flexible to work across different key stages as required.

Qualifications
Minimum Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification required.
Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification is desirable.
