You will oversee the day-to-day running and supervision of residential, respite, or supported living schemes within the In-House residential services.

The role involves providing direct care to service users, leading staff on shift, assisting the Registered Manager with performance management, planning, monitoring, and supervising care staff. You will support care staff in formulating care plans and risk assessments in line with Harrow policy and assist with managing and implementing the staff rota.
