As a Team Leader, you will lead and supervise your shift, case manage residents, and liaise with families, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders to ensure the best care plans are created and delivered.
You will administer and record medication, carry out risk assessments, and work alongside care assistants to support residents with daily needs, ensuring they remain as active and independent as possible.
Working closely with the leadership team, you will help develop services and provide a fun, inclusive, and professional approach at all times.

Experience
Proven ability to lead and supervise others.
Good understanding of care planning processes.
Experience in or willingness to undertake training on administering medication.

Well-organised, IT literate, and adept at allocating and delegating work appropriately.
Natural ability to help make the lives of others more fulfilling.
Passionate about caring and teamwork, with a strong desire to put residents at the heart of everything you do.

Qualifications
NVQ Level 3 in health and social care desirable but not essential.
