About the Role
Join the Fire Safety Team at London and Quadrant Housing Trust (L&Q) as a Technical Coordinator. Reporting to the Technical Manager and working closely with the Building Safety Team, you will provide essential administrative support for the technical review programme across L&Q’s entire property portfolio. This programme is defined by the L&Q Fire Strategy for Cladding Inspections and External Wall Systems (EWS). You will be responsible for organising, planning, and prioritising tasks effectively while communicating clearly with a range of internal and external stakeholders. Your role will involve managing databases and systems, analysing and interpreting detailed information, and delivering it with clarity. This is a key position contributing to the safety and compliance of L&Q’s properties.

Experience
Proven experience in technical administration and coordination, ideally within fire safety or building safety environments. Experience with systems such as Arena is desirable. Confident use of Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel, and Outlook is essential.
