About the Role
The Technical Coordinator will support the Technical Manager in all technical aspects of project compliance with relevant standards. This role involves coordinating technical activities, managing project documentation, and assisting in ensuring construction projects are executed efficiently, safely, and in accordance with industry standards. You will work closely with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth project delivery. The position is primarily site based with some travel to the head office in Uxbridge.

Experience
Proven experience working as a Technical Coordinator or Senior Technical Coordinator. Demonstrated ability to deliver design or aspects of design for projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards. Strong skills in reading and accurately interpreting drawings and technical specifications. Up-to-date knowledge of building regulations and current industry standards. Familiarity with modern construction techniques including high-rise concrete frame and high-risk buildings. Awareness of best practices and latest products and specification items available in the marketplace.

Detail-oriented and proactive with excellent coordination and communication skills. Able to work collaboratively with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders. Committed to ensuring projects are executed safely and efficiently. Adaptable to site-based working with occasional travel to head office.
Qualifications
Relevant technical qualifications or experience in construction or building industry preferred. Up-to-date knowledge of building regulations and industry standards is essential.
