About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Tenancy Progression Coordinator to oversee the progression of London Living Rent, Intermediate Market Rent, and Rent to Buy properties. These schemes provide affordable rental options and pathways to homeownership for residents. In this new role at L&Q, you will be customer focused, self-motivated, and have an interest in the London property market. Reporting to the Tenancy Progression Manager, you will be part of a great new team supporting the customer journey for our tenants. Experience
- Knowledge of the UK lettings market
- Previous tenancy progression experience
- Ability to negotiate tenancy agreement terms
- Experience working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with a track record of meeting deadlines
