About the Role
As a Trade Sales Assistant at Selco Builders Warehouse, you will be an integral part of a team dedicated to providing excellent customer service at every interaction. You will utilise customer communication management tools to drive store sales and ensure an effective and up-to-date quote bank is maintained. You will explore all sales opportunities and large-scale projects to maximise sales and margin, contributing to the success of the store and the wider business.

Experience
Previous experience in sales or customer service is advantageous but not essential. A positive, team-first attitude and enthusiasm to learn are key.

You are approachable, motivated, and enjoy working in a busy retail environment. You have strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset. Being proactive in identifying sales opportunities and working collaboratively with colleagues will help you succeed in this role.
