Hours
Full-time, permanent role, Monday to Friday (40 hours per week), with potential for up to 48 hours in the future with an increased salary.

Salary
Basic salary of £27,788 per annum plus £3,000 London Weighting. Expected OTE: £32,566 per annum, with bonus and commission schemes available.

About the Role
Join Rentokil Initial Group as a Pest Control Technician and make a difference in your local community. You will cover a dedicated geographical area including Battersea, Clapham, Wandsworth, Balham, Tooting, and Merton, providing expert pest control solutions to customers. No prior experience is required as comprehensive, industry-leading training is provided. Your key responsibilities will include inspecting customer premises for signs of pests, identifying potential risks, swiftly tackling pest problems by cleaning and removing evidence of pest behaviour, offering valuable advice on maintenance and hygiene, completing accurate reports after every visit, and delivering exceptional customer service while maintaining a professional image at all times. This role offers a company vehicle, fuel card, mobile phone, uniform, and access to RI Rewards. If relocating from more than 2 hours away, you may be eligible for a relocation package of up to £5,000 to help you settle in.

Experience
No prior experience required as full training is provided. A full UK driving licence held for more than two years with no more than six penalty points is essential.

About you
Excellent customer service and communication skills are required. Flexibility with working patterns to support business needs is important. You must be able to demonstrate a professional and customer-focused approach. You may be required to pass a DBS check depending on the role.

Qualifications
Educated to GCSE (or equivalent) in Maths and English at level C (Grade 4) or above is advantageous but not essential.
