About the Role
As Travel Trade Manager at Shakespeare Globe Trust, you will play a key role in increasing awareness, attendance, and revenue by building strong partnerships and developing compelling travel trade offers. Reporting to the Head of Ticketing and Sales, you will be the main point of contact for our travel trade partners and collaborate closely with teams across the organisation to package, promote, and sell the full range of experiences Shakespeare’s Globe offers. Your work will ensure Shakespeare’s Globe is prominently positioned with tour operators, tourism organisations, group organisers, and third-party partners. You will be part of the fast-paced, customer-focused Ticketing and Sales Team, which promotes and sells tickets for theatre performances, education events, workshops, and guided tours, while supporting membership and access departments to grow and enhance the customer base. Shakespeare’s Globe is dedicated to using Shakespeare's enduring relevance to ignite the power of theatre to spread empathy and inspire hope through cultural experiences.

Requirements

Experience
Proven experience in managing travel trade partnerships or similar roles within the tourism or cultural sectors is desirable. Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams are essential.
