We are seeking a skilled Trowel Trades Technician to support our teaching teams by managing and maintaining resources and equipment in the trowel trades area. Your responsibilities will include mixing mortar and clay mixes, ensuring work areas are clean after student use, carrying out stock takes, and ordering tools and materials. You will also assist and support staff and students in the effective and safe use of equipment and occasionally provide practical demonstrations.

Experience
Relevant industrial experience in trowel trades is essential. Experience supporting educational or training environments is desirable.

Passionate about your craft and motivated to inspire learners. Able to manage resources efficiently and maintain a safe, clean working environment. Good communication skills and a team player mindset are important. Holding a forklift driving license is an advantage.

Qualifications
Possess or be working towards an appropriate Craft/Technical Qualification up to NVQ Level II or equivalent.
