About the Role
Join the Business Development Department responsible for delivering a range of provision including Apprenticeships, Employment and Skills courses, English for Work, Short Training courses and adult education programmes. This role involves teaching Basic Health and Safety for the Construction Environment and employability skills, alongside active participation in course and programme team activities. You will tutor and manage courses within a sector area and teach across various sector provisions including Sector Based Work Academies. This is a fixed-term maternity cover position offering the opportunity to contribute to a dynamic team and support learners in developing essential employment skills.

Experience
Suitable qualified and experienced lecturers in one or several relevant sectors. Experience in tutoring, course management, and delivering employment and skills training is essential.

Qualifications
A degree or equivalent in a related area is required. You must possess a recognised Level 4 teaching qualification (PGCE/CertEd) or be willing to work towards a Level 5 teaching qualification upon appointment.
