About the Role
At United Colleges Group, we are committed to building a workplace where every colleague feels valued, supported, and able to thrive. We are seeking an EDI & Wellbeing Coordinator to champion staff across the college by driving initiatives that promote equality, diversity, inclusion, and wellbeing while ensuring staff benefits and rewards remain competitive and attractive.
This varied and meaningful role involves leading the development, coordination, and delivery of college-wide EDI and wellbeing programmes. You will engage staff directly by coordinating EDI Champions, planning and facilitating Strategic EDI Group meetings, and taking ownership of the college’s wellbeing programme through designing initiatives, campaigns, and resources that promote health, wellbeing, and work-life balance.
Additionally, you will oversee staff reward, recognition, and benefits schemes to ensure fairness, transparency, and alignment with our values. Organising staff events and campaigns that foster community, inclusion, and engagement will also be a key responsibility. Working collaboratively with the Learning & Development Coordinator, you will design and deliver EDI and wellbeing training sessions embedded within staff development frameworks, measuring and reporting their impact.
United Colleges Group educates over 11,000 learners annually across five campuses and two colleges, including City of Westminster College and College of North West London. With an annual turnover exceeding £50m, we are one of the UK’s top 20 largest college groups, committed to breaking down barriers to learning and providing a unique, enjoyable, and rewarding experience for all learners.
